Volunteer work - Digitization of the paper guide of the birds of France published every 4 years
The League for the Protection of Birds publishes every 4 years the Atlas of Birds of France. This work is the fruit of the prospection of the members of the association, and makes an inventory of the species present on the territory.
I was mandated as a volunteer UX-UI designer to digitize this Atlas. I was accompanied by a volunteer UX designer.
The challenge of this project was to carry out user research, to set an art direction, to realize all the screens and to carry out user tests in less than 4 months.
Organization and animation in collaboration with the UX Designer of a Personae construction workshop.
This was followed by a workshop to build the current and ideal Experience Map with the 12 end users present at the workshops
Construction of the information architecture in collaboration with the UX Designer during card sorting and Delphi Tree Tests.
Organization and animation in collaboration with the UX designer of a workshop of functionalities and prioritization with the stakeholders and developers.
Establishment of a roadmap consisting of an MVP, a version 1 and a version 2.
Organization and animation in collaboration with the UX designer of a userflow workshop for version 1.
Design of the graphic charter and screens in collaboration with the UX Designer.
Validation and adjustments made during co-design workshops with stakeholders and developers.
Organization and animation in collaboration with the UX designer of two waves of user tests, and taking into account the feedback.
